Blue Mountain Coffee (G1)
Standing amongst the world's most prestige coffee, this premium specialty is highly regulated by the Jamaica Coffee Industry Board. To call itself Blue Mountain, or simply the finest, coffee beans must be grown in the regions of the St. Mary, Portland, St. Andrew and St. Thomas within the altitudes of 3000-5000 ft. above sea level. The cultivation conditions of soil, altitude are superb, not least striking an excellent balance of sunlight and shades.
Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is considered by many as the best coffee beans in the world, serving as a prime example of exactly what happens when growing restrictions are so specific and strict.
